摘要
IgA肾病是全球最常见的肾小球肾炎,是终末期肾病的主要病因之一。IgA肾病的发病机制尚不十分明确。微小RNA(MicroRNA,miRNA)是一类短链非编码RNA,其行使基因功能但不编码蛋白质,广泛参与了细胞周期、细胞代谢、细胞凋亡和免疫反应等病理生理过程。近年研究表明,一些miRNA与IgA肾病的严重程度和进展有关,可能在IgA肾病的发生发展中发挥作用。
IgA nephropathy is the most common glomerulonephritis worldwide and one of the important causes of end-stage renal disease(ESRD).The pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy remains unclear. MicroRNA(miRNA)is a group of short noncoding RNAs that can perform gene functions without coding proteins and play important roles in many pathophysiological processes,including cell cycle,cell metabolism,apoptosis and immune response.Recent studies have shown that some miRNAs have relations with the severity and progression of IgA nephropathy,which may play a role in the development and progression of IgA nephropathy.
