摘要 应用于5G前传网络的25Gbit/s SFP28封装的CWDM光收发模块,作为传输设备和基站的核心部件,是一种有效的解决方案。介绍了25Gbit/s光模块的I2C接口协议和硬件接口协议及25Gbit/s光模块的封装引脚。阐述了25Gbit/s SFP28光模块的基本工作原理;详细介绍了25Gbit/s SFP28光模块的技术方案,硬件电路设计框图和软件设计流程图,为相关设计人员提供设计思路参考。 The 25 Gbit/s SFP28 packaged CWDM optical transceiver used in 5 G fronthaul networks is an effective solution as a core component of transmission equipment and base stations.This paper introduces the I2 C interface protocol and hardware interface protocol of 25 Gbit/s optical module,and the package pins of 25 Gbit/s optical module.The basic working principle of the 25 Gbit/s SFP28 optical module is explained;the technical scheme of the 25 Gbit/s SFP28 optical module is introduced in detail,the hardware circuit design block diagram and the software design flowchart are provided,and it provides a reference for design ideas for related designers.
