摘要 对多目标优化模型的库存优化分析有利于供应链总体性能的提升。基于此,本文从库存控制成本、安全库存水平以及顾客效用水平三方协调的基础上提出了三级供应链多目标优化模型。由于该模型产品价格及目标权重因子只能在模糊理论下用模糊数表示,所以本文通过算例实验对模型的有效性进行了验证。结果表明基于多目标模型的优化结果使得系统总体性能得到显著改善,从而根本上确保供应链与企业在库存管理上获得双赢。该模型可以使供应链上每个企业得到较满意的订货数量和安全库存,使得整条供应链和单个企业均实现了优化。 The inventory optimization analysis using multi-objective optimization model is very conducive to the improvement of the overall performance of the supply chain.Based on this,this paper proposes a three-level supply chain multi-objective optimization model based on the coordination of inventory control cost,safety inventory level and customer service level.Because the product price and target weight factor of the model can only be expressed by fuzzy numbers under the fuzzy theory,this paper verifies the validity of the model through the example experiment.The experimental results show that the optimization results based on the multi-objective model make the overall performance of the system significantly improved,so as to fundamentally ensure that the supply chain and the enterprise get a win-win situation in inventory management.By building this model,each enterprise in the supplychain can get a more satisfactory order quantity and safety stock,and the whole supply chain and single enterprise can be optimized.
