难治性抑郁症反应抑制能力研究

Behavioral study on the ability of response inhibition of major depression disorders

难治性抑郁症(MDD)的反应抑制障碍仍不清楚。本研究通过停止信号任务(SST)及事件相关电位(ERPs)探讨难治性抑郁症患者反应抑制的行为表现。本研究共纳入29名难治性抑郁症患者,同时选取教育水平和年龄等方面匹配的30名正常受试者作为对照,使用停止信号任务和事件相关电位相结合的方式对两组被试的反应抑制能力进行研究,对反应时SSRT,辨别指数d和反应偏向β和P3平均波幅进行分析。结果表明(1)抑郁组患者和正常组停止信号反应时(SSRT)差异显著,抑郁组患者的SSRT显著长于正常组;(2)信号检测论分析发现,抑郁组患者和正常组的辨别指数d和反应偏向β均差异显著,即抑郁组患者对信号辨别的灵敏度低于正常人,且抑郁组患者对信号的判断标准也较低;(3)皮尔逊相关分析结果表明病程和抑郁情绪与SSRT相关不显著;(4)抑郁组P3平均波幅显著低于正常组。因此,与正常人相比,抑郁组患者的反应抑制任务的执行能力更低,且反应抑制的行为指标与病程和抑郁情绪无显著相关关系。

The status of response inhibition in major depression disorders is still unclear.In this study,stop signal task and event-related potential was used to investigate the behavioral performance of patients with major depression disorders.Methods:29 depressed patients(depression group)and 30 healthy subjects(control group)were recruited in this study.The two groups were matched in age and education.All the subjects performed stop signal task using E—prime.In this task,the differences of response time(SSRT),discrimination index,decision bias and the mean P3 amplitude between the two groups were compared.Results:(1)There were significant differences in SSRT between the depression group and the control group.(2)The differences in the discrimination index and decision bias between the depression group and the control group were significant.(3)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the course of disease and depression were not significantly correlated with SSRT.(4)The mean P3 amplitude of the depression group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group.Conclusion:Compared with control group,depression patients have lower ability to perform response inhibition task,and the behavioral indicators of response inhibition have no significant correlation with the course of disease and depression.
