摘要
随着城市下垫面硬化面积不断扩大,导致“城市看海”、水系污染等问题日益凸显。针对这一现状,以源头控制和延缓冲击负荷,维持和保护自然水文功能为目标的低影响开发理念被提出,并采取相应低影响开发措施对雨水系统进行改造,从而构建与自然相适应的城市雨水系统改造体系,以达到增加雨水总径流控制率,提高雨水利用率的目的,并有效遏制因不透水层面积增大而导致洪峰流量增加现象,利用透水铺装及绿化设施有效减少面源污染。现对合肥市某建成区雨水系统进行改造,改造后结果显示:内涝基本消除,面源污染得到有效控制,生态环境明显改观。
With the continuous expansion of the hardened area of the city's underlying surface,problems such as"city watching the sea"and water pollution have become increasingly prominent.In response to this situation,the concept of low-impact development with the goal of controlling and delaying the load at the source and maintaining and protecting natural hydrological functions were proposed,and corresponding low-impact development measures were adopted to transform the rainwater system to build a city compatible with nature rainwater system transformation system in order to achieve the overall increase rainwater runoff control rate,improve the utilization of rain water,and effectively curb the increase in peak flow due to the increase in impervious surface area caused by the use of permeable paving and greening facilities.The results showed that:the waterlogging was eliminated and non-point source pollution has been effectively controlled,the ecological environment has improved remarkably.
