摘要
根据2011—2018年安徽省16个地级以上城市的投入产出统计数据,运用规模报酬不变的DEA-CCR模型测算出全要素能源效率,用DEA-Malmquist指数测算并分解了全要素能源效率TFP指数。研究表明:安徽省全要素能源效率水平较高,年均值为0.910,但区域差异较大;全要素能源效率年均增长率为0.2%,用Malmquist指数进行分解可知,技术进步是能源效率提高的主要原因。
Based on the input and output data of 16 cities in Anhui province from 2011 to 2018,the DEA-CCR model with constant return to scale was used to calculate the total factor energy efficiency,and the DEA-Malmquist index was used to calculate and decompose the TFP index of total factor energy efficiency.The results showed that the total factor energy efficiency level in anhui province was higher,the mean is 0.910,but the regional difference was larger.The average annual growth rate of total factor energy efficiency was 0.2%,according to the Malmquist index,technological progress is the main reason for the improvement of energy efficiency.
