江苏省城市轨道交通科技创新工程探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Jiangsu Urban Rail Transit Technology Innovation Project

"十二五"以来,江苏省城市轨道交通建设步入大规模、高速度、跨越式发展阶段。近年来,在江苏省住房和城乡建设厅帮助指导下,江苏省土木建筑学会城市轨道交通建设专业委员会针对城市轨道交通建设规模大、周期长、风险高、技术复杂、质量安全要求高等特点,与全省在建城轨的6个城市主管部门、参建各方和科研院所一道,通过实施"835"、"926"两轮系列计划、重点课题攻关、"四新"成果推广等科技创新工程的探索和实践,取得了显著成效,推动了全省城市轨道交通工程质量安全水平的提升。

Since the Twelfth Five-year Plan,the construction of urban rail transit in Jiangsu province has entered a stage of large-scale,high-speed and leapfrog development.In recent years,Urban Rail Transit Construction Committee of Jiangsu Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture(hereinafter referred to as Urban Rail Committee)has carried out work smoothly under the guidance of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development.In view of the large scale,long cycle,high risk,complex technology and high quality and safety requirements of urban rail transit construction,Urban Rail Committee together with the provincial authorities,the parties involved and the scientific research institutes in the six cities that have built the railway,has explored and implemented the projects of"835"and"926"series of two rounds of plans as well as key project tackling key problems,"four new"results promotion and other scientific and technological innovation projects.All has achieved remarkable results and promoted the quality and safety level of urban rail transit engineering.
