摘要
文章结合工程实例,通过外脚手架的综合分析与优化选型,采用新型上拉工具式型钢承力悬挑架施工技术。该技术是一种对传统钢悬挑脚手架施工方法的继承与创新,通过斜拉式圆钢拉杆配合花篮螺栓拧紧加载作用,起到固定、卸荷、减轻支座弯矩,轴心受力良好,大大提高了悬挑工字钢的整体受力稳定性,使挑梁摆脱了悬挑过长而受其挠度变形和强度的限制。搭拆快速便捷,缩短工期;构配件等可实现工具式加工周转,节约资源,绿色环保型工艺;同时,墙面无需预留大工字钢洞口,不影响后续楼地面地坪施工,方便装饰装修施工。
In this paper,combined with an engineering example,through the comprehensive analysis and optimization of the selection of the external scaffold,the construction technology of a new type of pull-up tool type steel bearing cantilever frame is adopted.This technology is a kind of inheritance and innovation of the traditional construction method of the steel cantilever scaffold.Through the role of the cable-stayed round steel tie rod and the flower basket bolt tightening and loading,it can fix,unload and reduce the bending moment of the support.The axial stress is good,which greatly improves the overall stress stability of the cantilever I-beam,and makes the cantilever beam get rid of the limitation of the deflection deformation and strength due to the long cantilever.Quick and convenient erection and dismantling,shorten the construction period;components and accessories can realize tool type processing turnover,save resources and green environmental protection technology;meanwhile,the wall does not need to reserve large I-shaped steel holes,which will not affect the floor construction of subsequent buildings and facilitate the decoration construction.
