摘要 高速、高带宽城域网络发展是当前的热点。为兼顾低成本和高带宽,CWDM技术面世。通过增加不同波长信道来扩展带宽,CWDM技术实现成本低,方便升级网络系统,是网络建设中的重要技术。因此,研究了10 Gb/s SFP+的光纤通道技术和低成本、高带宽的CWDM波分复用技术。在分析CWDM 18波光纤通道特点的基础上,对模块内部组件进行对比选型,选择适用于CWDM模块的组件。阐述基于CWDM的10G SFP+光模块设计理念,并通过实验验证了可行性,实现了应用CWDM技术的10 Gb/s SFP+光模块进行中短距10G信号传输,将研究转换成产品带来可观的经济效益。 The development of high-speed and high-bandwidth metropolitan area network development is the current hotspot.In order to balance the low cost and high bandwidth,CWDM technology is available.CWDM is an important technology in network construction,which can expand the bandwidth by increasing different wavelength channel.CWDM technology is an important technology in network construction,which has low cost and is convenient to upgrade network system.Therefore,this paper focuses on the fiber channel technology of 10 Gb/s SFP+and CWDM technology with low cost and high bandwidth.Based on analysis of the characteristics of CWDM 18-wave fiber channel,the internal components of the module are compared and selected,and the components suitable for the CWDM module are selected.This paper expounds the design concept of 10G SFP+optical module based on CWDM,and through experiments,the feasibility is verified,and the 10 Gb/s SFP+optical module based on CWDM technology is used to transmit 10G signals in the short and medium distance.And converting research results into products will inevitably bring considerable economic benefits.
