基于试验设计优化的前盖关门耐久模型研究

摘要 为更好地指导前盖结构设计,进一步减少对物理试验的依赖,文章采用Nastran隐式求解方式,搭建模型并详细研究了边界的非线性边界零件的动静态性能,对边界零件的刚度阻尼性能进行简化处理,并基于试验设计方法进行参数识别。通过参数识别方法,获得模型修正系数,并验证了该模型预测的过关量以及锁扣冲击力的置信度。文章建立完善了前盖关门耐久仿真分析流程和方法,并在项目中进行耐久性能对标,对标结果显示,该方法可以有效预测疲劳失效,指导结构设计及改进。 In order to better guide the structural design of the front cover and reduce the dependence on physical tests,the Nastran implicit solution method is used to build the model and study the dynamic and static characteristics of the nonlinear boundary parts of the boundary performance,simplify the stiffness and damping performance of boundary parts,and identify parameters based on experimental design methods.Through the parameter identification method,the model correction coefficient is obtained,and the confidence of the model’s predicted clearance and the impact force of the lock are verified.In this paper,a complete simulation process and method of front cover closing durability simulation analysis is established,and benchmarking of durability performance is conducted in the project.The benchmarking results show that this method can effectively predict fatigue failure and guide structural design and improvement.
