体育院校师生精索静脉曲张患病分析

Analysis on prevalence of varicocele in teachers and students of sports college

目的探讨精索静脉曲张(VC)的发病情况,为进一步有效预防及解决师生此类病痛提供参考。方法以2015年8月至2019年3月查体的217名男性体育类师生作为研究对象,其中训练时间大于或等于5年者作为高年资组(106例),<5年者作为低年资组(111例),以同期查体的拟入学入职人员115名作为对照组,分别行体格及超声检查。结果高年资组师生中检出VC 26例(24.5%),其中Ⅱ度以上VC 14例[13.2%(14/106)];低年资组检出师生中VC 21例(18.9%),其中Ⅱ度以上VC 6例[5.4%(6/111)];对照组体检人员中检出VC 13例(11.3%),其中Ⅱ度以上VC 2例[1.7%(2/115)]。结论体育类师生VC患病率较高,且随训练时间增加逐渐升高。

Objective To investigate the prevalence situation of varicocele(VC)to provide reference for further effective prevention and treatment of such diseases.Methods A total of 217 male sports teachers and students undergoing the physical examination from August 2015 to March 2019 served as the study subjects.Among them,those the training time≥5 years served as the high qualification group(106 cases),and those<5 years as the low qualification group(111 cases).Contemporaneous115 people undergoing the physical examination planning to entry the college and occupation served as the control group.All subjects conducted the physical examination and ultrasound examination.Results Twenty-six cases(24.5%)of varicocele were detected in the high qualification group,including 14 cases[13.2%(14/106)]of varicocele aboveⅡdegree;21 cases(18.9%)of varicocele were detected in the low qualification group,including 6 cases[5.4%(6/111)]of varicocele aboveⅡdegree;13 cases(11.3%)of varicocele were detected in the control group,including 2 cases[1.7%(2/115)]of varicocele aboveⅡdegree.Conclusion The prevalence rate of varicocele in sports teachers and students is high,moreover which increases with the increase of training time.
