2018年金牛区存活HIV感染者/AIDS患者随访现状及影响因素分析

Current situation of follow-up and influencing factors among survival HIV infected persons/AIDS patients in Jinniu District during 2018

目的了解2018年成都市金牛区存活人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者(HIV/AIDS患者)随访管理工作现状,分析HIV/AIDS患者随访相关影响因素,提高艾滋病防控工作质量。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统的艾滋病防治基本信息系统中下载2016年至2018年12月31日的病例报告历史卡片数据,对HIV/AIDS患者人口学特征、感染途径、随访管理检测指标完成情况等相关数据进行分析。结果截至2018年12月31日报告现住址为金牛区的存活HIV/AIDS患者1993例,2018年完成HIV/AIDS患者随访及CD4+T淋巴细胞检测率为92.99%(1832/1970),结核筛查率为95.65%(176/184);2018年存活HIV/AIDS患者的随访及CD4+T淋巴细胞检测率和结核筛查率维持在2016、2017年的水平,配偶/固定性伴HIV抗体检测率为94.82%(1830/1930);2017年配偶/固定性伴HIV抗体检测率高于2016年、2018年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接受随访较高者是年龄大于或等于50岁、接受过CD4检测、接受抗病毒治疗的患者。结论2016-2018年成都市金牛区随访管理检测指标结果变化不大,并未逐年上升。应根据不同人群特点采取针对性防控措施,进一步提高金牛区艾滋病防控工作质量。

Objective To understand the current situation of follow-up management work of HIV infected persons/AIDS patients in Jinniu District during 2018,and to analyze the follow up related influencing factors for improving the quality of HIV/AIDS prevention and control work.Methods The data of case report history cards were downloaded from the AIDS Prevention and Treatment Basic Information System in the National Information System of HIV/AIDS Control and Prevention from 2016 to December 31,2018 were downloaded.The demographic characteristics,infection pathway,complete situation of follow up management detection indicators in HIV/AIDS patients were analyzed.Results There were 1993 survival HIV/AIDS patients with the present address of Jinniu District until December31,2018.The rate of follow-up and CD4+lymphocyte testing of HIV/AIDS patients was 92.99%(1832/1970),the tuberculosis screening rate was 95.65%(176/184),these two indicators in 2018 maintained the level of 2016 and 2017.The HIV antibody detection rate of spouses or fixed partners was 94.82%(1830/1930),which in 2017 was higher than those in 2016 and 2018,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Those receiving the high follow-up were the patients aged≥50 years old,receiving CD4 testing and anti-viral treatment.Conclusion The results of follow-up management detection indicators in HIV/AIDS patients in Jinniu District had no obvious change during 2016-2018 and no rising year by year,the targeted measures according to the characteristics of different populations should be taken to further improve the quality of HIV/AIDS prevention and control work.
