摘要
为研究节段预制胶拼构件弯折强度,设计制作了6个胶拼弯折试件,每个试件由3个标准立方体用环氧树脂胶黏结而成。在试件的2个接缝处对称施加集中力进行胶拼弯折破坏试验。试验结果表明:试件的弯折破坏过程发展较快,属于脆性破坏;3个试件胶接缝之间的混凝土发生破坏,2个试件紧邻胶接缝处混凝土发生内聚破坏,1个试件胶层界面发生破坏;当保证胶拼质量时,试件的弯折强度为4.8~6.0 MPa,平均值为5.4 MPa。胶接缝弯折强度与普通混凝土基体强度相比略有降低,但二者相差不大。研究成果可用于预制节段胶拼混凝土桥梁的抗裂性设计,为胶接缝黏结强度取值提供参考。
In order to study the bending strength of prefabricated segmental members with epoxy joints,six bendingmembers were designed and manufactured.Each member was made of three standard cubes bonded with epoxy resin.The bending failure tests were carried out by applying concentrated force symmetrically at the two joints of the members.The test results showed that the bending failure process of members develop rapidly and the failure mode was brittle.Three members were concrete failure between two epoxy joints.Two members were cohesive failure of concrete adjacentto epoxy joints.One member was epoxy layer failure.With the good bonding quality,the bending strength of members is4.8~6.0 MPa with an average value of 5.4 MPa.The bending strength of the epoxy joint is slightly lower than the ordinaryconcrete,but the difference between them is not significant.The research results can be considered for the crackresistance design of precast segmental concrete bridges with epoxy joints,and provide reference for designed bondstrength of epoxyd joints.
