柱体结构超深振捣模板侧压力计算方法

Calculation Method of Lateral Pressure Induced by Ultra-deep Vibration Tamping on Side Formwork of Column Structure

摘要 针对严格按规范设计的模板在混凝土浇筑过程中发生爆模事故的情况,采用3种不同的浇筑及振捣方式分别浇筑了3组混凝土试件,研究振捣深度对模板侧压力的影响。基于振捣液化和液压平衡理论,建立了超深振捣模板侧压力计算模型,提出了简化计算公式。研究结果表明,振捣深度对新浇筑混凝土的模板侧压力有较大影响;在混凝土浇筑时应严格按规范进行分层浇筑、分层振捣;所提出的模板侧压力简化计算公式的计算值与实测值的平均相对误差为4.4%,计算精度较好。 In view of the situation that explosion accident of the formwork designed strictly according to thespecification occurs in the process of concrete pouring,three groups of concrete specimens were poured by threedifferent pouring and vibration tamping methods to study the influence of vibration tamping depth on the lateral pressureof formwork.Based on the theory of vibration liquefaction and hydraulic balance,the lateral pressure calculation modelof ultra-deep vibration tamping formwork was established,and the simplified calculation formula of lateral pressure wasproposed.The results show that the vibration depth has a great influence on the lateral pressure of the new pouredconcrete formwork,and the concrete should be poured and vibrated layer by layer strictly.The calulated values of thesimplified calculation formula of the formwork lateral pressure have average 4.4%relative errors with measured values.The precision of the formula is good.
