摘要 基于人-检测车-作业设备三维度考虑,从检测车与其他作业车辆安全、检测车作业区机器人安全、检测车作业异常应对、检测车作业小组人员安全、检测车软件联锁安全、在不同隧道转移过程中机器人安全6个方面进行分析,涵盖检测车从进入隧道作业区、开始检测到作业完成离开隧道全过程。经多个新建高速铁路隧道检测验证,作业安全系统性能稳定,可靠性高,操作方便,为衬砌质量检测效率和准确性提供了保障。 Based on three-dimensional considerations of human-inspection vehicle-operation equipment,the analysiswas carried out from six aspects,including the safety of the detection vehicle against other operating vehicles,the safetyof the robot in the inspection vehicle operation area,the abnormal response to the inspection vehicle operation,thepersonal safety of the inspection vehicle operation team,the interlock safety of the inspection vehicle software,and thesafety of the robot during the transfer process between difference tunnels.This covers the whole process of the inspectionvehicle from entering the tunnel operating area,starting the inspection,to completing the operation and leaving thetunnel.Through the verification of inspection test of several newly-built high speed railway tunnels,the operation safetysystem has shown stable performance,high reliability and easy operation,which guarantees the efficiency and accuracyof the lining quality inspection.
