预应力管桩与水泥土搅拌桩在软土地基处理中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 天津市武清区软土层承载力低、变形大,工程建设需要进行地基处理。依据该区一工程地层分布,通过对桩长、承载力、工期、造价综合分析得知,采用预应力管桩比采用钻孔灌注桩地基处理效果更优,因此该工程主要承载部位采取预应力管桩施工,非主要承载部位采用水泥搅拌桩施工。对预应力管桩及水泥搅拌桩地基处理方法的施工工艺及难点进行了介绍,对其施工后承载力、桩身完整性进行了检测,结果满足规范要求。 In Wuqing District of Tianjin,the bearing capacity of soft soil layer is low and the deformation is large,the construction of the project requires ground treatment.According to the stratum distribution of a project in the area,through comprehensive analysis of pile length,bearing capacity,construction period and cost,it is better to use PHC piles to treat the foundation than bored piles.Therefore,the PHC pile construction is adopted for the main bearing part of the project,and the soil-cement mixing pile is used for the non-main bearing part.The construction technology and difficulties of the ground treatment method of PHC pile and soil-cement mixing pile are introduced in this paper,and the bearing capacity and pile body integrity after construction are tested,and the results meet the requirements of the specification.
