地屈孕酮片联合拜阿司匹林治疗对薄型子宫内膜不孕患者子宫内膜厚度的影响

Effect of didroxyprogesterone tablets combined with Aspirin on endometrial thickness in patients with thin endometrial infertility

目的分析地屈孕酮片联合拜阿司匹林治疗对薄型子宫内膜不孕患者子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法抽选于2018年6月—2019年6月期间上海衡山虹妇幼医院妇科门诊共收治的薄型子宫内膜不孕患者60例,按照随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组(n=30)单纯给予地屈孕酮片治疗,研究组(n=30)给予地屈孕酮片联合拜阿司匹林治疗。评价及对比两组的子宫内膜厚度、卵泡发育、子宫内膜形态类型、血流动力学参数、血清性激素水平、随访6个月的妊娠情况。结果研究组的子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径、优势卵泡数均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的A型子宫内膜率高于对照组(P<0.05);经随访6个月,研究组的排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的PI、RI参数均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的E2水平高于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论薄型子宫内膜不孕患者给予地屈孕酮片联合拜阿司匹林,治疗优势更大,疗效肯定,可有效改善子宫内膜厚度、形态及血流状态,从而提高妊娠成功率,是临床对薄型子宫内膜不孕的一种有效治疗方式,临床借鉴价值高。

Objective The effect of didroxyprogesterone tablets combined with aspirin on endometrial thickness in patients with thin endometrial infertility.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,totally 60 cases of thin endometrial infertility were selected from our gynecological clinic and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with dydrogesterone alone,while the study group(n=30)was treated with dydrogesterone combined with aspirin.The endometrial thickness,follicular development,endometrial morphology,hemodynamic parameters,serum sex hormone level,and pregnancy status of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The endometrial thickness,follicle diameter and the number of dominant follicles in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The type A endometrial rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After 6 months follow-up,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The PI and RI parameters of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The E2 level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the FSH level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Given didroxyprogesterone tablets combined with aspirin has greater therapeutic advantages and affirmative effects on the thin endometrial infertility patients.It can effectively improve the thickness,shape and blood flow of the endometrium,thereby increasing the success rate of pregnancy.An effective treatment method for thin endometrial infertility has high clinical value.
