摘要
自2009年中国内地出现高等教育女性化现象以来,高校女生数量优势逐渐扩大,并与男性人口数量优势形成鲜明倒挂,加剧的学历性别结构矛盾蕴含着社会风险。在高等教育女性化已经成为许多国家共性现象的前提下,中国须在顺应这一趋势的同时有效应对社会风险。德国普通高校女生多,应用技术大学男生多,这种高等教育性别比例较为均衡的双轨制教育体系,延缓了高等教育女性化现象的发生与发展。这一经验为中国应对日益突出的高等教育女性化现象、缓解社会风险提供了可能的方向与选择。
Feminization of China higher education that depicted the amount of female students surpassing that of male in colleges since 2009.The new gender gap in academic degree grew rapidly,which expanded the gender structure contradiction,might result in social risks.China should prepare well to deal with social risks on the condition that feminization of higher education was a universal phnomenon.In Germany,more female students in univesities,and more male students in universities of applied sciences,slowed down the speed of feminization.The German dual system offered the possible direction and choice to mitigating social risks for feminization of China higher education.
