摘要 为满足某水下作战武器的需求,设计了一种拉发式秒级延期起爆装置,重点对其击发机构及保险丝材料进行设计及试验验证。试验结果表明:选择Φ0.5mm软态铍青铜作为保险丝材料,在0°及60°拉发角度下均可将拉发力控制在60~180N范围内,能够实现装置对于安全性和可靠作用的要求。 In order to meet the needs of an underwater weapon,a pull-out second-level delay initiation device was designed,the design and test of firing mechanism and fuse material were carried out emphatically.The test results show that as selecting soft beryllium bronze with diameter of 0.5mm as the fuse material,the pull-out force can be controlled in the range of 60N to 180N,which show the firing mechanism can meet the requirements of the device for safety and reliability.
