摘要
采用化学镀方法制备了镀铜短切碳纤维,开展其对毫米波的干扰性能研究。研究表明:镀铜层表面均匀光滑,呈晶态结构;化学镀铜有助于提高短切碳纤维对3mm波和8mm波的干扰性能,且与镀层厚度密切相关。当镀层厚度为0~0.45μm时,3mm波干扰性能得到提升,最佳厚度为0.19μm时,衰减率从80%提高至90.60%。当镀层厚度为0~0.20μm时,8mm波干扰性能得到提升,最佳厚度为0.13μm时,衰减率从85%提高至95.90%。
The short-cut carbon fiber of copper plated was prepared by chemical plating method,to study its millimeter wave attenuation property.The results show that the copper-plate is well-smooth,and the phase structure is crystalline,chemical copper plating is benefical for enhancing the 3mm and 8mm wave attenuation property,and it is closely related to coating thickness.3mm wave attenuation property is improved when the thickness of copper-plate is 0~0.45μm,as the thickness is 0.19μm,the attenuation rate is enhanced from 80%to 90.60%.While,8mm wave attenuation property is improved when the thickness is 0~0.20μm,the attenuation rate is enhanced from 85%to 95.90%as thickness of 0.13μm.
