摘要
为了研究钛-铝薄板爆炸焊接特性,采用经验估计法计算其焊接参数范围,并使用ANSYS/AUTODYN对钛-铝薄板爆炸焊接进行数值仿真。研究表明:使用经验估计法所得参数时模拟结果中可形成良好的波状结合;通过改换爆炸焊接基-复板,可以发现结合面会形成方向相反的前涡和尾涡,且金属板关键测点运动状态与复板流侵彻机理较为一致。
In order to study the explosive welding characteristics of Ti-Al,the empirical estimation method was used to calculate the welding parameters,and ANSYS/AUTODYN was used to simulate the explosive welding of Ti-Al plate.It is found that a good wave-like combination can be formed as using the parameters obtained by empirical estimation method.By exchange base-cladding plate,it can be found that the front and tail vortexes in opposite directions will form on the bonding surface.In addition,the motion state of key measuring points of metal plate is consistent with the mechanism of cladding plate flow penetration.
