摘要
为获取71℃试验法中各参数取值对寿命预估结果的影响,采用模拟仿真的方法对71℃试验法公式与Arrhenius公式的相关性开展了研究。研究结果表明:r取2.7时对应理论上的药剂活化能远远低于含能材料本身的活化能;71℃试验法标准中加速公式的寿命外推结果与Arrhenius公式相比非常保守;在不改变失效机理的前提下,选择在高温区域进行加速试验获取的加速系数相比低温区域更保守,可靠性更高。
In order to obtain the influence of each parameter value on the life prediction result of 71℃test method,the correlation between the 71℃test method formula and the Arrhenius formula was studied by means of simulation.The research results show that the theoretical value of activation energy corresponding to the reaction rate constant of 2.7 is much lower than the actual activation energy of the energetic material.Compared with the Arrhenius formula,the life extrapolation result of the 71℃test method formula is very conservative.Under the premise of not changing the failure mechanism,the acceleration coefficient obtained by peforming the accelerated test in the high temperature region is more conservative,and more reliable than in the low temperature region.
