摘要
以往研究多以企业为出发点对制造企业服务化过程进行原理性划分。基于价值网络视角提出了制造企业服务化转型升级过程模型,认为随着服务化基础由价值链演变为价值网络,制造企业服务化将经历产品附加服务、业务服务化、服务产品化、业务归核化四个阶段。陕鼓集团服务化转型的案例能较好地嵌入该过程模型,为模型提供了有力证据。
The previous studies mostly divide the process of servitization for manufacturing enterprises with the enterprise as the starting point.From the perspective of value network,the article proposes the model on the transformation and upgrading process of servitization for manufacturing enterprises,and holds that the servitization for manufacturing enterprises have four phases:additional services on products,the servitization of business,the productization of services,refocusing of business,with the base of servitization changing from the value chain to value network.The case of Shangu’s servitization can be well embedded in the model proposed in the article,and provides favorable evidences for the model.
