咬合异常致颈椎功能紊乱1例报告
One case report of cervical spine disorder caused by abnormal occlusion
摘要
颈椎功能紊乱(cervical spine disorder)是一组症候群,包括颈肩背部肌酸痛、颈部活动受限及头颈肩位置不端正等[1]。由于其病因较为复杂,临床表现多样化,因此目前尚无统一的诊治方案。笔者诊治过1例咬合源性颈椎功能紊乱患者,现将有关临床资料总结如下。
