摘要
第四次工业革命进程中,工程技术人才在工业生产中主要扮演着新工业标准"立法者"、企业创新创业"导师"、自主人工智能"舞伴"、生产系统运行"医生"和技术与数据安全"保镖"五种角色。工程教育形塑这些角色的重点举措包括:培养目标上,以创新精神培养为核心,引领综合职业能力培养;教学内容上,以产业技术发展为依据,建立课程内容更新机制;教学方法上,以行动导向教学为载体,强化全面职业角色意识;教学手段上,以现代教育技术为媒介,提升工程教育教学效能;人才培养模式上,以现场工作能力为重点,完善产教深度融合制度;专业文化上,以责任意识教育为中心,凸显工程技术的人文精神。
In the course of the fourth industrial revolution,engineering and technical talents mainly play five roles in industrial production,including the legislator of the new industrial standards,the enterprises’tutor of innovation and entrepreneurship,the dancing partner of the autonomous AI system,the doctor of the operation of production system and the bodyguard of technology and data security.To shape the five roles,the following measures in China’s engineering education should be taken:with the innovation ability cultivation as the core,to cultivate comprehensive professional competencies;to develop curriculum updating mechanism according to the current industrial technology;to enhance the awareness of professional roles through the action-oriented teaching method;to improve teaching effectiveness by employing modern educational technologies;to improve the mechanism of deep industry-education integration;to demonstrate humanistic culture of engineering techniques through responsibility-taking education.
