摘要
工科教师工程实践能力持续提升是做好"卓越计划2.0"的基础。基于1683份教师问卷和542份行政问卷,从工程实践能力现状、主持工程型或应用型课题数量、参与工程生命周期各阶段情况、工程实践能力提升途径等出发,通过交叉分析和比较工科教师与行政人员对部分问题回答情况,探讨了不同性别、年龄段、学位、职称、学校类型和学校所在地区工科教师工程实践能力存在的问题,提出了工科教师工程实践能力提升的五条建议。
It is the foundation of"Outstanding Engineers Plan 2.0"to improve the practice ability of engineering teachers continuously.From 1,683 questionnaires for teachers and 542 questionnaires for administrators,this paper discusses the problems on the practice ability of engineering teachers in different genders,ages groups,degrees,titles,school types and areas where the school is located through cross-analyzing method and by comparing the answers of engineering teachers and administrators to some questions related to the level of their engineering practice ability at present,such as the number of engineering-or application-oriented projects they hosted,the situation at each stage of life cycle of the engineering projects they participated in and the methods of improving engineering practice ability.This paper gives five suggestions to improving the practice ability of engineering teachers.
