摘要
新一代工程科技人才需要具备解决复杂工程问题和应对智能化工作情境的核心素质与关键能力。基于扎根理论编码分析方法,对全球主要工业国家工程科技人才培养研究报告内容进行要素识别并建构核心素养体系。智能化社会工程科技人才核心素养体系包括学科素养、系统素养、计算素养、信息素养和伦理素养。针对我国现阶段工程科技人才核心素养培养存在的分科教育缺乏整合、计算教育缺乏情景、伦理教育缺乏认同等问题,提出打造"两个平台",实现理论实践深度交互;推进"三类融合",落实核心素养培养理念;提升"四项能力",促进核心素养落地生根等措施。
The new talents in engineering technology need to be entitled with the literacy of addressing complex engineering problems and fitting for intelligent working situation.Using coding analysis method of grounded theory,the paper shows literacy identification from research reports on engineering technology talents cultivation in major industrial countries,and constructs a key literacy system.The study finds that the system in intelligent era should consist of competences in terms of discipline,system,computing,information and ethics.Given facts of lacking the integration of multidisciplinary education,the condition of computer education and the identity of ethics education in the core literacy training system for engineering technology talents in China at present,this paper put forward reasonable strategies,including"Two-Platform Construction"to realize in-depth exchanges between theory and practice,"Three-Integration Promotion"to implement cultivation concept of key literacy and"Four-Ability Improvement"to translate key literacy into practice.All of these strategies will be contributed to the improvement of training quality of engineering science and technology talents.
