摘要
产业学院是应用型本科高校实施转型发展、实现产教融合协同育人的重要载体和途径,本文在总结梳理应用型高校产业学院面临的困境,分析其产生原因和制约因素的基础上,从功能定位、师资队伍建设、人才培养等方面提出破解对策,以期对优化产业学院建设提供参考。
The Industrial college is an important carrier and path for application-oriented universities to implement transformation and industry-education integration.This paper summarizes the difficulties faced by the industrial colleges in application-oriented universities and analyzes the reasons for them as well as some constraints.Besides,this paper puts forward countermeasures from such aspects as functional orientation,the construction of teaching staff,and talent training,in order to provide references for optimizing the construction of industrial colleges.
