高校创新创业生态体系的构建与实践探索

An Exploration into the Construction and Implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Universities

大学生创新创业教育对于推动高校教育教学改革,促进大学生全面发展和社会发展具有重要意义。构建完善的创新创业教育生态体系,能够有效推动高校与政府、企业、学生多方联动,形成相互支撑、相互作用的良性运行机制。西安交通大学积极探索并构建了以"一个目标,两个原则,三大任务,四项举措"为基础的"1234实验实践教学和创新创业教育生态体系",着力提高学生的创新能力,增强学生知识运用的能力,提升学校人才培养的质量,对推动中国高校创新创业生态系统具有积极的参考价值。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education for undergraduates plays an important role in promoting the reforms on education and teaching in universities as well as the all-around development for both the undergraduates and the society.A sound ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship education can drive an effective interaction between universities and governments,universities and enterprises,and universities and students,forming a virtuous operating mechanism that universities,governments,enterprises,and students can support and influence each other.Xi’an Jiao Tong university plays an active role in exploring this system,and establishes the 1234 pilot education ecosystem for practical teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship based on the concept of"one target,two principles,three tasks and four initiatives",aiming at improving students’ability of knowing how to usher in innovation and how to translate abstract theory into practice as well as increasing universities’capacity of training quality talents.
