文章界定特色小镇PPP项目核心利益分配主体,提出“公共部门+私营部门+本土产业”的新型利益分配关系,建立基于三方合作博弈的Shapley值利益分配模型,并引入三方讨价还价博弈对利益权重进行修正,得到更合理的特色小镇PPP项目利益分配模型。案例验证了模型的有效性和科学性。

The article defines the core interest distribution subject of the characteristic town PPP project,and proposes a new type of interest distribution relationship of"public sector+private sector+local industry",which Shapley value benefit distribution model based on the tripartite cooperative game is established,and the tripartite bargaining game is introduced to modify the benefit weight,and a more reasonable benefit distribution model for characteristic town PPP projects is obtained.The case verifies the validity and scientificity of the model.
