Discussion on Prescriptioms Annotations of Modified of Zhenwu Tang in Shanghan Lun

对真武汤主证后的"或咳,或小便利,或下利,或呕"四个或然证及加减方法,以及张仲景的一般药用规律进行比较分析,笔者认为其中某些或然证与加减法的用药加减原则与一般规律不相符合,提出存疑之处,意在启发临床思考。

Compare and analyze the following items:four probable syndromes including probable-cough,probable-diuresis,probable-diarrhea and probable-emesis after the main syndromes treated with Zhenwu tang,methods of modification,as well as ZHANG Zhongjing’s general administration rules.The authors think that there is inconformity among some probable syndromes,administration principle of modification method and general administration rules.So the authors put forward questions about it,aiming to inspire clinical considerations.
