针刀定点三线闭合松解治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study on Closed-Release Therapy of Acupotomy by Locating Three Lines for Cervical Spondylosis with Radiculopathy

目的:观察针刀定点三线闭合松解治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析80例CSR患者的临床资料,其中40例进行针刀定点三线闭合松解治疗的患者设为试验组,40例给予针刺治疗的患者设为对照组。比较2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、临床疗效。结果:与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后VAS评分、NDI各项评分及总分降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,试验组VAS评分、NDI各项评分及总分降低(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率77.50%,试验组总有效率95.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀定点三线闭合松解治疗CSR比针刺治疗更加准确、规范,多数患者均可通过此法取穴治疗,随症加减,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the closed-release therapy of acupotomy by locating three lines for cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with CSR were retrospectively analyzed,among which 40 patients who received closed-release therapy of acupotomy by locating three lines were set as the experiment group,and 40 patients who received acupuncture for treatment were set as the control group.The score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Neck Disabilitv Index(NDI)and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with those before treatment,the scores of VAS,NDI and the total score in the two groups were respectively decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group after treatment,the scores of VAS,NDI and the total score in the experiment group were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 77.50%in the control group and 95.00%in the experiment group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The closedrelease therapy of acupotomy by locating three lines for CSR is more accurate and standardized than acupuncture.Most patients can be treated by modified point selection with this method,and the clinical effect can be improved.
