摘要
针对某可移式雷达的设计要求,在结构总体设计中严格控制运输界限,采用雷达翻转机构、扩展机构、装载平台和方舱一体化设计,降低了雷达的制造成本和使用成本。利用电力作为翻转系统和扩展机构的动力,结构简单,工作可靠且易维护。同时,该雷达终端显示单元远离电子设备单元和发电机组单元,具有良好的人机工程设计和可维性设计。实践表明,该可移式雷达性能稳定,安全性高,易于操作,满足使用要求。
Aiming at the design requirements of a movable radar,the transportation boundary is strictly controlled in the structure overall design and the integrated design of radar turning mechanism,expansion mechanism,loading platform and shelter is used to reduce the manufacturing cost and use cost of the radar.Using electric power as the power of the turning system and expansion mechanism makes the structure simple,the operation reliable and the maintenance easy.At the same time,the radar terminal display unit is far away from the electronic equipment unit and the generator unit and has good ergonomic design and maintainability design.Practice shows that the movable radar has stable performance,high safety,easy operation and meets the use requirements.
