浅谈女子以肝和为贵

Discussion on Great Importance of Liver Harmony of Women

肝的生理特性为"体阴而用阳","体阴"指肝本身为阴脏并且能够贮藏阴血;"用阳"指肝的主升主动功能,肝脏本身可阴阳相和。女子以血为本,肝藏血充足,其生理才能正常运转;肝主疏泄、调畅气机,气行则血行,气血相和则肝和。若肝藏泄不和则全身气血逆乱,气滞则血瘀,气血不和则肝不和,从而导致女子经、产、孕、乳等生理活动紊乱。因此,女子以"肝和"为贵。

The physiological characteristics of the Liver are"physically Yin and functionally Yang",in which the former means that the Liver itself is Yin Zang and can store Yin blood while the latter means that Liver functions in Qi rising and moving.Therefore,Liver Yin and Yang are harmonious.Women health is based on adequate blood,which can keep it functioning properly in physiology.The Liver governs Qi aspersing and regulates Qi machine.If the Liver Qi and Blood are not in harmony,the Qi and Blood of the whole body would be reversed.If there is Qi stagnation,the blood would be in stasis.If the Qi and Blood are not in harmony,the Liver function would be inconsistent.That would induce disturbed physiological activities,in women menstruation,childbirth,pregnancy and breastfeeding.Therefore,it is important for women to maintain"Liver harmony".
