“轻针慢捻法”单穴临床应用浅析

"轻针慢捻法"包括"轻针慢捻""慢针细捻"两重内涵。"轻针慢捻"指医者进针时缓慢捻转破皮,从皮部开始即行施治,调动卫气、催气得气,发挥全过程的治疗作用;"慢针细捻"意指进针得气后医者手法轻柔缓慢的提插、低频率小幅度的捻转,认真体察针下气感,从而寻求最佳得气状态,并有效延长治疗时间的手法。"轻针慢捻法"共分为揣穴催气、进针得气、调气固气等3个环节。揣穴催气是本法操作的前提,进针得气是本法操作的基础,调气固气是本法发挥重要疗效的关键。"轻针慢捻法"的关键在于治神守气,特别是手法与医者意识的结合,需注意在持续捻转时,应避免过度缠绕导致滞针,造成患者不必要的疼痛。此法刺激轻而久、取穴少而精。

The"light needle slow twist method"includes the two meanings,namely"light needle slow twist"and"slow needle fine twist".The former refers to doctor twisting and breaking the skin slowly when entering the needle,and the treatment is performed from the skin part,mobilizing Qi and exerting the therapeutic effect of the whole process;the latter means entering after getting Qi with acupuncture,the doctor gently and slowly inserting the needle,twisting at a low frequency and a small amplitude,and carefully observing the feeling of the Qi under the needle,so as to seeking the best state of getting the Qi and improving the efficacy by extending the treatment time.The"light needle slow twisting method"is divided into three parts:stimulating Qi at the acupoint,getting Qi going through the needle,adjusting and fixing the Qi.Invigorating Qi on the acupoint is the premise of the operation of this method.Injecting and obtaining Qi is the basis of the operation of this method.Adjusting Qi and fixing Qi is the key to the important effect of this method.The key to the"light needle slow twisting method"is to better the spirit and keep the Qi,especially the combination of the manipulation and the consciousness of the doctor.It should be noted that during the continuous twisting,excessive winding,which would cause stagnation of the needle,should be avoided since that may cause unnecessary pain to the patient.This method of stimulation is light and long,with few proper acupoints used.
