摘要
在图书馆服务营销中使用虚拟和增强现实(VAR)技术,有助于汇集图书馆全体馆员的智慧为读者开展服务,促进图书馆中所有公共服务领域之间的广泛沟通与图书馆跨部门协作,提高读者入馆率和馆藏资源使用率。通过对VAR在国内图书馆服务营销中的应用现状进行调查分析,以VAR在国内图书馆服务营销中的实际应用种类、虚拟现实(VR)设备、增强现实(AR)软件、读者使用图书馆VAR的方式为研究切入点,列出了图书馆服务营销中应用VAR存在的问题,并提出了基于VAR的图书馆服务营销策略。
The use of virtual and augmented reality(VAR)in library service marketing helps to bring together the wis⁃dom of all librarians in the library to serve readers,promote broad communication between all public service areas in the li⁃brary and collaboration across libraries,and improve readers’admission rate and collection resource usage rate.Through the investigation and analysis of the application status of VAR in domestic library service marketing,this paper takes the practical application types,VR devices,AR software,and how readers use library VAR in domestic library VAR service marketing as the study’s entry point,lists the problems existing in the application of VAR in library service marketing,and puts forward the library service marketing strategy based on VAR.
