摘要
目的对男132例、女99例28-86岁人体闭孔骨刺进行观察、测量,找到闭孔内侧骨刺发生、发展与年龄、性别间的关系。为下一步利用法医人类学知识进行年龄、性别推断找到新的观察点。方法样本1来自于昆明医科大学第二附属医院CT室,采用多层螺旋CT三维成像技术,收集闭孔内侧的骨刺信息。对耻骨支上闭孔内侧的骨刺进行观察测量,使用CT自带测量工具测量骨刺的长度。测量采取两个人同时进行测量,每人各测量两次,并比较均值和测量值。样本2来自昆明医科大学法医学院实验室标本,用直角规直接测量骨刺距闭孔内缘的最大距离,并使用附二院CT室的多层螺旋CT三维成像技术对标本进行测量。比对前后两次测量结果,对方法可靠性做出评估。使用SPSS进行统计。结果闭孔内侧骨刺在40岁以上的样本中均有存在,大小不一,最大高度可达21.1mm,可出现1个或多个骨刺,呈现规整和不规整状。40岁以上人群闭口骨刺与年龄存在紧密联系且男女间闭口骨刺大小存在差异,男性普遍大于女性。结论 40岁以上人群闭孔内侧的骨刺与年龄存在相关性。闭口骨刺大小存在差异,男性普遍大于女性。其数值可作为性别和年龄判别的参考。
Objective By observing and measuring 132 males and 99 females of 28-86 years old human obturator spurs, we want to find the relationship between the occurrence and development of medial obturator spurs with age and gender, in the hope of using the knowledge of forensic anthropology to discover age and sex and find new observation points. Methods Sample 1 came from the CT room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Multi-slice CT three-dimensional imaging technology was used to collect the bone spur information inside the obturator. Observation and measurement of the bone spur on the inner side of the closed hole on the branch of the pubic bone were performed, and the length of the bone spur was measured using the CT measurement tool. Two people took the measurement at the same time, each person measured twice, and compared the mean and the measured values. Sample 2 was taken from a laboratory specimen of School of Forensic Medicine,Kunming Medical University. The maximum distance between the bone spur and the inner edge of the obturator was measured directly using a right-angle gauge, and the specimen was measured using the multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging technique in the CT room of the Second Hospital. The two measurement results before and after were compared to evaluate the reliability of the method. Then we used SPSS for statistical analysis. Results The obturator medial bone spurs were present in samples over 40.0 years of age, and varied in size, with a maximum height of up to 21.1 mm. One or more bone spurs could appear, showing regular or irregular shapes.Closed bone spurs in people over 40 were closely related to age and the size of closed bone spurs between men and women was different. They were generally larger in men than women. Conclusion Bone spurs inside the obturator are correlated with age in people over 40 years old. There are differences in the size of closed spurs, and are generally larger in men than women. These values can be used as a reference for gender and age discrimination.
