摘要
子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)是育龄期女性常见疾病,能引起女性痛经、性交痛、不孕,严重时有恶变倾向,影响妇女的身心健康。目前子宫内膜异位症的发病机制复杂,学说众多,近年来的研究表明异常的表观遗传可调控EMs的发生发展,包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA等,可能为EMs的诊治提供新的依据,查询了近年来mi RNA在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展的相关研究,就相关研究的进展作一综述。
Endometriosis(EMs) is a common disease of women of child bearing age,which can cause dysmenorrhea,sexual intercourse pain, infertility,and sometimes even malignant tendency. Affecting women’s physical and mentalhealth. At present the pathogenesis of endometriosis is complex,There are many etiological theories nowadays. Researches in recent years have showed that abnormal epigenetic can regulate the development of EMs,including DNA methylation, histonemodification,non-coding RNA,etc. which may provide a new basis for the diagnosis and treatment of EMs,in this article we consulted relevant literatures about micro RNAs in the occurrence and development of endometriosis in recent years,and review the research progress.
