PDCA循环教学法在体液检验实习教学中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycling Mode in the Teaching of Body Fluid Inspection

目的分析体液检验实习教学中PDCA循环教学法的作用。方法对体液检验科中68名实习生开展研究,随机划分其中的34例到对照组(按传统方法开展教学),剩余34例纳入观察组(采取PDCA循环教学法),统计并比较两组在不同方法下的出科考试合格率与教学满意度情况。结果观察组出科考试优秀、合格、不合格分别有19例、14例、1例,合格率为97.06%(33/34);对照组出科考试优秀、合格、不合格分别有14例、10例、10例,合格率为70.59%(24/34),观察组考试合格率比对照组更高(P <0.05)。观察组对教学满意、一般、不满意分别有20例、13例、1例,满意度为97.06%(33/34),对照组对教学满意、一般、不满意分别有14例、11例、9例,满意度为73.53%(25/34),观察组教学满意度比对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论体液检验实习教学中采取PDCA循环教学法效果显著,更符合实习生需求。

Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle teaching method in the practice teaching of body fluid test. Methods 68 interns from body fluid examination department were studied. 34 of them were enrolled in the control group(teaching according to the traditional method), while the remaining 34 cases were enrolled in the observation group(using PDCA cyclic teaching method). The qualifications and teaching satisfaction based on different methods were compared. Results The observation group had 19 excellent cases, 14 qualified cases and one disqualified case;the passing rate was 97.06%(33/34);the control group had 14 excellent cases, 10 qualified cases and 10 disqualified cases;the passing rate was 70.59%(24/34).The passing rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had 20 very satisfactory cases, 13 satisfactory cases and one unsatisfactory case;the satisfaction rate was 97.06%(33/34). The control group had 14 very satisfactory cases, 11 satisfactory cases and 9 unsatisfactory cases;the satisfaction rate was 73.53%(25/34). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle teaching method is effective in the practice teaching of body fluid test, which is more in line with the needs of interns and is worth adopting.
