摘要
目的本文旨在讨论路径式带教对手术室护理教学质量所产生的影响。方法本次试验选择2018年3月—2019年5月前来我院进行实习的大专护理实习生作为试验对象,总计172名。随机分配为对照组与试验组,每组76人。其中对照组采用传统临床带教方式,而试验组则采用临床路径式带教方式,对比两组学生带教效果之间的差异。结果两组学生在实习期结束之后,试验组理论与试验平均成绩为(90.04±5.62)分、(90.21±5.74)分,明显高于对照组。总成绩方面,试验组护生考核成绩优秀率94.74%,同样高于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。学生对带教方式满意度方面,试验组满意率达到97.37%,高于对照组(71.05%),组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论路径式带教方式能够显著提高手术室护理教学质量与学生理论知识水平与实操能力,同时也提高了实习护士对教学工作的满意程度。
Objective The purpose of this paper is to discuss the effect of path teaching on the quality of nursing teaching in operating room. Methods From March 2018 to May 2019, 172 college nursing interns who came to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this experiment. They were randomly assigned to control group and experimental group, 76 persons in each group. The control group used the traditional clinical teaching method, while the experimental group used the clinical pathway teaching method to compare the difference between the two groups of students. Results After the end of the internship, the average scores of theory and experiment in the experimental group were(90.04±5.62) and(90.21±5.74), which were significantly higher than those in the control group. In terms of total scores, the excellent rate of nursing students in the experimental group was 94.74%, which was also higher than that in the control group. There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.37%, which was higher than that of the control group(71.05%). There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Path teaching method can significantly improve the quality of nursing teaching and the level of physiological theory knowledge and practical ability in operating room, and also improve the satisfaction degree of intern nurses to teaching work.
