急性脑梗死动脉介入溶栓治疗护理的教学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察急性脑梗死动脉介入溶栓治疗护理的教学效果。方法从医院2017级护理专业随机挑选100名学生,并随机分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50),给予对照组传统教学模式,给予试验组综合性教学模式。对两组学生笔试成绩、操作成绩、健康教育成绩、学生对教学方法满意度进行观察。结果试验组学生的笔试成绩、操作成绩、健康教育成绩均要高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组学生对教学方法的满意率为98.00%,对照组学生对教学方法的满意度为88.00%,两组学生对教学防范满意度情况比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.112)。结论在急性脑梗死动脉介入溶栓治疗护理教学中,利用综合性教学模式,可以扎实巩固学生的护理专业知识,使学生可以广泛接触临床实际病例,更快的适应临床护理工作。 Objective To observe the effect of acute cerebral infarction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 students were randomly selected from the 2017 nursing major of our hospital and randomly divided into the control group(n=50) and the experimental group(n=50) to give the traditional teaching mode of the control group and the comprehensive teaching mode of the experimental group. For the two groups of students written test results, operational results, health education results, students to observe the satisfaction of teaching methods. Results The scores of written test, operation and health education in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), For the experimental group, the satisfaction rate was 98.00%, for the control group,88.00%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.112). Conclusion In the nursing teaching of acute cerebral infarction, the comprehensive teaching mode can consolidate the students’ nursing professional knowledge, make the students have extensive contact with the actual clinical cases, and adapt to the clinical nursing work more quickly.
