互联网+模块教学在临床微生物学检验技术教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨互联网+模块式教学方法在激发医学检验技术专业学生对"临床微生物学检验技术"课的学习兴趣,增强其临床分析能力的教学效果。方法在该课程的教学中搭建技能培养、临床应用和临床见习实习模块平台。同时建设微信、微课程、网络视频公开课平台和开放性实验平台,加强对学生基本操作技能、临床分析能力的培养。结果观察组学生的理论考试成绩、操作技能实践考核得分(87.7±8.3/90.5±7.5)两项均优于对照组(81.4±9.1/81.2±6.3),其差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组学生在网络中上传预习问题人数、在网络中上传实验结果的人数、开放性实验平台签到人数以及课程满意人数四项指标均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论互联网+模块式教学法是临床检验技术专业学生学习《临床微生物学检验技术》的一种较好的教学模式和方法。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of Internet + modular teaching method in stimulating students’ interest in clinical microbiology examination technology and enhancing their clinical analysis ability. Methods In the teaching of this course, the module platform of skills training, clinical application and clinical internship is built. At the same time, WeChat, WeChat courses, open online video courses and open experimental platforms will be built to strengthen the training of students’ basic operation skills and clinical analysis ability. Results The scores of theoretical examination and practical examination of operation skills of the students in the observation group(87.7 ± 8.3/90.5 ± 7.5) were better than those in the control group(81.4 ± 9.1/81.2 ± 6.3), and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The number of students in the observation group uploaded preview questions on the network, the number of students uploading experimental results in the network, the number of students signing in the open experimental platform and the number of students satisfied with the course in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Internet + modular teaching method is a better teaching mode and method for clinical laboratory technology students to learn clinical microbiology inspection technology..
