摘要
目的探讨阶段性目标教学考核法在手术室教学中的应用。方法选取医院2018年6月—2019年9月的160名在院实习护士进行研究,按照随机数表进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组80名,对照组实习护士采用传统教学方式进行指导,观察组实习护士采用阶段性目标教学和考核方法进行指导。观察两组实习护士的理论知识和实践操作考核情况。结果观察组护士在理论知识以及实践操作评分上高于对照组护士(P <0.05)。结论通过阶段性目标教学考核法在手术室教学中的应用,能够有效提高实习护士的学习意识,提高护士理论知识以及实际操作的掌握程度以及护士对手术室教学的积极性。
Objective To probe into the application of stage goal teaching assessment method in operating room teaching. Methods From June 2018 to September 2019,160 nurses in our hospital were selected as the research, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table methods, with 80 cases in each group. The control group were guided by traditional teaching methods, while the observation group were guided by the phased goal teaching and assessment methods. Then,the theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the two groups of interns were observed. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the application of stage goal teaching assessment method in operating room teaching, which can effectively improve the learning awareness of the nurses, improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the nurses, and improve the enthusiasm of the nurses for operating room teaching.
