摘要
目的探讨研讨会教学法在ICU住院规范化培训中的运用。方法随机选择在我院ICU规培生作为研究对象,采取对照实验探讨对照组、研究组分别采用传统模式培训、研讨会教学法的教学效果。在教学结束后,根据本院ICU自制的试卷对所有的规培生进行考核,考核内容包括理论知识、病例分析知识以及临床技能,知识,均采用百分制。结果研究组的出科成绩评分显著高于对照组,两组出科成绩差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论利用研讨会教学法进行ICU规范化培训方法可行,能够提高学生的出科成绩,提高了教学质量,因此推荐在规范化培训中使用。
Objective This paper studies the teaching effect of the seminar teaching method in ICU regulation students. Methods Randomly selected ICU students in our hospital as the research object, and the control experiment was used to explore the teaching effect of the traditional model training and seminar teaching methods in the control group and the research group. After the end of the teaching, all the students were assessed according to the test papers made by ICU. The contents of the assessment included theoretical knowledge, case analysis knowledge, clinical skills and knowledge, all of which were based on the percentage system. Results The scores of the subjects in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the scores of the subjects in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to use seminar teaching method in ICU standardized training, which can improve students’ academic performance and teaching quality. Therefore, it is recommended to be used in standardized training.
