儿科硕士留学生培养模式探索

随着国际化及我国医疗和教育水平的提高,医学留学生数量逐年攀升,儿科患者的特殊性增加了儿科留学研究生培养的难度。文章针对儿科留学研究生培养过程中存在的问题,包括生源质量参差不齐、语言交流障碍、国情文化、宗教信仰及管理理念的差异、缺乏统一的儿科英文规范化理论课及实习课教材、导师和临床带教教师工作繁忙,影响教学效果和多采用传统的教学方法,教学模式单一等方面,提出通过加强日常管理,完善考核机制、强化师资力量,提升教师语言能力、规范教材、改进教学模式、加强临床技能培训和建立留学生交流教育平台等方面的改进,探索培养儿科医学留学生的最佳途径,全面促进我国医学教育更高层次的发展。

With the internationalization and the improvement of China’s medical and educational level, the number of medical international students is increasing year by year. The particularity of pediatric patients increases the difficulty of training pediatric international graduate students. In view of the problems existing in the training process of paediatric international graduate students, including the uneven quality of students, language communication barriers, differences in management concepts, single teaching methods, etc., this paper puts forward the improvement of strengthening management, improving the assessment mechanism, strengthening the faculty, improving the language ability of teachers, standardizing teaching materials, improving the teaching mode and strengthening the clinical skills training To find the best way to train paediatric international graduate students.
