基于虚拟现实技术分析皮肤科临床教学

Application of Virtual Reality Technology in Clinical Teaching of Dermatology

虚拟现实技术(VR)具有交互化、直观化以及沉浸感作用,早期运用于军事和游戏娱乐几个领域。随着现代医学教育不断发展,虚拟现实技术也在临床医学教育、人员培训以及健康保健几个领域有所发展。在医学教育中,皮肤科医学知识点多且直观性强,可以结合虚拟现实技术优化教学质量。一些医院也将虚拟现实教学运用于住院医师的规范化培训教学中。在教学资源、教学环境、教学案例受限的环境下,虚拟现实技术对提高皮肤科教学质量奠定了基础。文章针对现代皮肤科临床教学中虚拟现实技术的运用,对其运用的价值、存在问题、标准化教学途径和教育重点进行了研究而分析,希望可以借助虚拟现实技术,改善医院皮肤科教学的限制,为学生带来更加现代化的教学场景,帮助学生达到更好的教学目的,希望能够为对应的医院住院医师规范化培训有所帮助。

Virtual reality technology(VR) has the function of interaction, visualization and immersion. It was used in military and game entertainment fields in the early stage. With the continuous development of modern medical education, virtual reality technology has also developed in clinical medical education, personnel training and health care. In medical education, dermatology knowledge points are many and intuitive, which can be combined with virtual reality technology to optimize the quality of teaching. Some hospitals also use virtual reality teaching in the standardized training of residents. In the limited environment of teaching resources, teaching environment and teaching cases, virtual reality technology has laid a solid foundation for promoting dermatology teaching. Aiming at the application of virtual reality technology in modern dermatology clinical teaching, this paper studies and analyzes its application value, existing problems, standardized teaching approaches and key points of education. It is hoped that virtual reality technology can be used to improve the limitations of dermatology teaching in hospitals, bring more modern teaching scenes for students, and help students achieve better teaching purposes. It can be helpful for the corresponding standardized training of hospital residents.
