摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断中血清胱抑素C(CysC)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的联合应用价值。方法选取2015年6月—2018年2月来医院诊治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以患者是否出现肾损伤为依据,分为甲(糖尿病肾病)、乙(糖尿病无肾损伤)两组,然后再选择同时期健康体检的50例正常人为健康对照组,3组研究对象尿素氮与肌酐采用酶法进行检测。Hcy采用高效液相色谱法测定,CysC采用粒增强透射免疫比浊法进行测定,对其测定结果进行对比分析。结果与乙组以及对照组对比,甲组Hcy、CysC水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);乙组与对照组Hcy、CysC水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);甲组、乙组以及对照组尿素氮、肌酐水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断中Cys C与Hcy联合检测的应用价值理想,能够用来早期肾功能损伤进行有效反映。
Objective To analyze the combined value of serum cystatin C(CysC) and homocysteine(Hcy) in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods From June 2015 to February 2018, 80 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital were enrolled. The patients were divided into A(diabetic nephropathy) and B(diabetes without kidney injury) based on whether the patient had kidney injury. In the two groups, 50 healthy people who were in the hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the healthy control group. The urea nitrogen and creatinine in the three groups were tested by enzymatic method. Hcy and CysC were detected by high performance liquid chromatography and particle enhanced transmission immunoturbidimetry, respectively. The measurement results were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with group B and control group, the levels of Hcy and CysC in group A were higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of Hcy and CysC between group B and control group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine between group A, group B and control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of CysC and Hcy in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy is ideal and can be used to effectively reflect early renal damage.
