T1b期肾肿瘤后腹腔镜下肾部分切除、肾根治切除的疗效

Effect of Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy and Radical Nephrectomy for T1b Renal Tumors

目的对比T1b期肾肿瘤行后腹腔镜下肾部分切除和肾根治切除的疗效。方法选择我院2013年4月—2017年8月的50例肾肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用后腹腔镜下肾根治切除治疗,治疗组采用后腹腔镜下肾部分切除治疗,比较两组的血清肌酐(Ser)和尿素氮(BUN)水平以及患者1年和2年生存率。结果治疗组患者1年、2年的Ser水平和BUN水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的1年、2年生存率和对照组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 T1b期肾肿瘤患者两种治疗效果都较好,但是后腹腔镜下肾部分切除治疗对患者远期肾功能的影响较小,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective The efficacy of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and radical nephrectomy in patients with T1 b renal tumors was compared. Methods From April 2013 to August 2017, 50 patients with renal tumors in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical resection. The treatment group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Partial renal resection was performed to compare serum creatinine(Ser) and urea nitrogen(BUN) levels and patient 1-year and 2-year survival rates. Results The Ser level and BUN level in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group at 1 year and 2 years, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The 1-year and 2-year survival rates of the treatment group were not significantly different from the control group, P > 0.05. Conclusion Both T1 b renal tumor patients have better therapeutic effects, but the retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy has little effect on long-term renal function and has high clinical value.
