摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床价值。方法选择本院2016年2月—2018年11月收治的100例小儿支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为阿奇霉素联合红霉素组(50例)和阿奇霉素组(50例),阿奇霉素组对于就诊的小儿支原体肺炎患儿给予阿奇霉素治疗,阿奇霉素联合红霉素组对于就诊的小儿支原体肺炎患儿则给予阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗。比较两组疗效;高体温、咳嗽、湿罗音、肺部炎症消失时间;治疗前后患儿症状积分、肺功能;不良反应发生率。结果阿奇霉素联合红霉素组疗效较高(P <0.05);阿奇霉素联合红霉素组高体温、咳嗽、湿罗音、肺部炎症消失时间更好(P <0.05);治疗前两组症状积分、肺功能接近(P> 0.05);治疗后阿奇霉素联合红霉素组症状积分、肺功能改善的程度更大(P <0.05)。两组均出现1例轻度肝损伤。结论阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效好,可更好改善肺功能和控制病情,缩短病程,且不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical value of Azithromycin combined with erythromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods From February 2016 to November 2018, 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into Azithromycin combined erythromycin group(50 cases) and azithromycin group(50 cases). The azithromycin group was treated with azithromycin for children with Mycoplasma pneumonia, and the Azithromycin combined erythromycin group was treated with azithromycin for children with Mycoplasma pneumonia. Children with mycoplasma pneumonia were treated with Azithromycin combined with erythromycin. The curative effect of the two groups was compared;the disappearance time of high body temperature, cough, moist rale and pulmonary inflammation;symptom score, pulmonary function before and after treatment;and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results Azithromycin combined with erythromycin group had a higher curative effect(P < 0.05);Azithromycin combined with erythromycin group had a better disappearance time of high body temperature, cough, moist rale and pulmonary inflammation(P < 0.05);before treatment, the scores of symptoms and pulmonary function of the two groups were similar(P > 0.05);after treatment, the symptom scores and pulmonary function of Azithromycin combined with erythromycin group improved. The degree of goodness was greater(P < 0.05). There was 1 case of mild liver injury in both groups. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with erythromycin is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. It can better improve pulmonary function and control the disease, shorten the course of the disease, and has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
