浅谈血液透析症状性低血压的预防护理措施

目的分析血液透析患者出现症状性低血压的原因,探究和总结预防护理措施在患者血液透析治疗中预防低血压发生的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月在本院接受血液透析治疗的所有患者中分别选取90例对照组与90例观察组作为本次临床试验研究对象,回归性分析并总结既往本院临床上血液透析患者症状性低血压的发生原因,对对照组的90例患者实施常规护理,观察组的90例患者在透析期间实施预防护理,比较两组血液透析患者的症状性低血压发生率和护理满意度。结果导致血液透析患者发生症状性低血压的原因包括患者的有效血容量不足、自主神经功能紊乱、心脏因素、透析液的成分与温度等;观察组患者的低血压发生率为5.37%,比对照组患者的低血压发生率(17.04%)低(P <0.05);观察组与对照组患者在护理满意度方面差异有统计学意义,分别为95.56%和77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论导致血液透析患者发生症状性低血压的原因有很多,对血液透析患者实施有效的预防护理措施不仅能够有效减少患者低血压的发生,同时有利于提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the causes of symptomatic hypotension in hemodialytic patients, and to explore and summarize the effect of preventive nursing measures in preventing hypotension in hemodialytic treatment. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, 90 patients in the control group and 90 patients in the observation group were selected as the subjects of this clinical trial. Regression analysis and summary of the causes of symptomatic hypotension in the past clinical hemodialysate patients in our hospital, 90 patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and 90 patients in the observation group were given preventive nursing during dialysis. The incidence of symptomatic hypotension and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The causes of symptomatic hypotension in hemodialysis patients included insufficient effective blood volume, autonomic nervous dysfunction, cardiac factors, composition and temperature of dialysate, etc. The incidence of hypotension in the observation group was 5.37%, which was lower than that in the control group(17.04%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the incidence of hypotension in the observation group was 5.37%, which was lower than that in the control group(17.04%). There was significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the observation group and the control group(95.56% and 77.78%)(P<0.05). Conclusion There are many reasons for symptomatic hypotension in patients with hemodialysis. effective preventive nursing measures for dialysis patients can not only effectively reduce the occurrence of hypotension, but also help to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
